Gail is a Board Certified Coach, BCC, by the Center for Credentialing and Education and Professional Career Manager (PCM)  (National Society of Career Management) . This framework, in addition to her education and experience, gives her a formal body of knowledge and an elegant system for delivering career services that get you where you want to go.
Prior to starting her own company, Gail had a thirty year career in business, successfully managing and mentoring people while managing large complex technology projects - a career that provided the opportunities to constantly learn and evolve.

Gail personally experienced many career and life transitions that have impacted her life in positive and negative ways - giving her resilience, empathy, and focused listening skills.

Gail received her MBA at the University of Texas, Austin, and holds masters certifications in hypnosis and NLP.
