Background:
Diane is Founder and Director of The Learner’s Edge, an international consulting company specializing in interpersonal communication and learning in the business environment since 1988. She has more than 20 years in consulting, coaching and development for Fortune 1000 companies, smaller private companies, law enforcement and educational organizations. Her expertise in interpersonal communication, coaching and Adult Learning principles allow her to facilitate rapid and successful change for clients and their organizations.

Diane is a recognized expert in how people learn, has written over 20 articles on the topic and has been a featured presenter at national and international conferences on Learning and Communication. In addition, Diane has worked with thousands of students of all ages to improve their ability to learn, to take tests, make better grades, improve study habits and self esteem. The Learner’s Edge has provided Staff Development for teachers, counselors and administrators for over 16 years.

Diane is a graduate of the University of Houston and Montclair University Graduate School with a Masters degree in Psychology. She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has served as adjunct faculty in the Business School, PACE program at St. Edward’s University teaching Business Communication and Human Resource Management for over four years. Diane is also a Master Trainer of NeuroLinguistic Programming with over 25 years experience.
